Both Kamal Haasan and Amitabh Bachchan are the living legends of Indian Cinema. Now, what could be the reason for the former to be miffed with the latter? No, it is not professional rivalry.
Kamal, who is almost 10 years younger to the Big B, is rather unhappy that the Senior Bachchan never praised him for his performances, in a career spanning of almost five decades and several memorable roles to his credit.
The realization dawned upon the south superstar after Amitabh praised Kamal's younger daughter Akshara, who is making her acting debut with R Balki's Shamitabh, which stars Amitabh in the lead role.
In fact, Big B sent the young actress a text message praising her acting abilities. A proud father Kamal in a tongue-and-cheek statement said he never received any congratulatory messages from the veteran actor for his performances.
Kamal will soon star in Kannada actor-filmmaker Ramesh Aravind's directorial venture Uttama Villain.
