How Brad Pitt got the 'Wardaddy' look in 'Fury'

Brad Pitts' latest filmFury has got rave reviews and has done well at the box office. His performance too has been well received by audience and critics. Directed by David Aiyer, the film is about the final struggle of a bunch of American soldiers to strike down the core of the Nazi regime.

However, to portray his character of US Army Sergeant Don "Wardaddy" Collie, Brad had to not only rely on his acting skills, but make sure he looked the part of a tough army soldier.

Brad reportedly worked out for over two-and-a-half hours a day for three consecutive months in order to get the rugged soldier look for Fury

For his uber-toned body, the 50-year-old actor had a high protein low carb diet that not only helped him maintain a fit body but provided enough fuel for the entire day.

To achieve the lean and muscular look for the film, Brad made sure he stayed away from unhealthy food. Following the strict diet meant he was banned from having beer, which he is really fond of.

The only temptation that Brad gave in to was the McFlurry Shake from McDonalds.

Fury is set to release in India on October 31.
