Research reveals, good sexual life prevents heart attack for the second time

 


Many research on people with heart attack has said that other heart attacks can be avoided by reducing sexual activity. Regarding this, a new study has said that to live a long life, sexual activities should be done as before. According to a report, the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology Public Research has given a different view from everything reported so far. The researchers included 495 couples in the study who were monitored for nearly twenty years. In this, those who started normal sexual activities, 35% risk for second heart attack is reduced.

Yariv Gerber, a professor at Tel Aviv University Israel, said that sexuality and sex activities are for the most part. Human beings can be part of healthy, functioning, young and energetic self-assertion by starting sexual activities immediately after a heart attack. This can lead to a mentally healthy lifestyle. 495 patients were 65 years of age or younger and had their first heart attack in 1992-93. Their average age was 53 and 90 percent of them were men.
