As Lingaa is releasing on Thalaivaa Rajinikanth's Birthday, filmmakers made sure that the film to reach corner theaters all over. Lingaa movie is releasing in more than 2200 screens worldwide. Coming to the Lingaa theaters it is confirmed that, in Tamil Nadu -600, Kerala - 250,Andhra Pradesh - 750, North India - 375, Karnataka - 200, Overseas - 1000 and more theaters to be added shortly.
Trade Analysts says that Lingaa will be the first ever biggest film from South India to release in such massive theaters. The screens are being added seeing the craze of Rajinikanth as the pre-booking as closed for now and the tickets are sold like hot cakes .
Lingaa Movie features Anushka Shetty, Sonakshi Sinha are playing lead actress roles while Santhanam, Dev Gill, Brahmanandam, Jagapathi Babu and others are playing prominent characters. KS Ravikumar is the director and musical scores are by AR Rehman. Lingaa is produced by Rockline Venaktesh and Eros International is distributing the film worldwide.
