Sonam Kapoor gets serious about the business of fashion with a gala event for the fashion industry.
Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor will host the dinner for the Business of Fashion's second annual #BoF500 at The Leela Palace in Delhi on November 6. The event is a multi-channel initiative exploring the 500 people shaping the global fashion industry, with the leaders and shapers of the Indian fashion industry.
The #BoF500 print edition examines some of the overachieving polymaths and multitaskers making huge contributions and shaping the global fashion industry. Sonam along with Imran Amed, BoF's founder and editor-in-chief, will host a dinner. At the event, business titans and daring young designers will mix with top models, fashion entrepreneurs and talented creatives hailing from across India.
Speaking about her role as the hostess of this major fashion event, Sonam says, "I am happy to host the dinner for the second annual #BoF500. Fashion to me isn't just about clothes, but it's also about art, and I am glad to be a part of something that celebrates intersections of different skills and perspectives to the global fashion industry."
