Wedding bells are ringing for Red Bull's chief Christian Horner and former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell. The couple announced their engagement in the most unconventional way possible: via anotice in The Times.
Halliwell's notice said, "The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs GM Horner and Geraldine, daughter of the late Mr LF Halliwell and Mrs A Parkinson."
The twosome went public with their relationship earlier this year in March and have been friends for the past five years. The Spice Girls's representative told MailOnline:
"Everyone is really pleased for them and wish them happiness and good health together for many many years to come."
They both have children from previous relationships. The pop star has an 8-year-old daughter Bluebell and her fiance has a 1-year-old daughter Olivia.
Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice also took to twitter to announce the news of her engagement. So far the couple has yet to announce a wedding date.
Christian and I are delighted to announce that we are engaged! We're both very happy.
