A few days ago, the majority of the Nexus line-upreceived Android 5.0 Lollipop, whether it was through OTA updates or through manually installing the factory image. However, one device was missing. The Nexus 4wasn’t on the initial Lollipop roll-out, but rest assured, it is here. Today Google posted the factory image for theNexus 4.
Now that the factory image is officially posted on the Google Developers website, the OTA is likely only days away. If you have the Nexus 4 and can’t wait to get your hands on Android 5.0, you can do so by downloading the factory image, but beware; doing so will wipe your entire device just like a factory reset.
If you are a tech-savvy individual, there are step-by-step instructions, so it isn’t very difficult. If flashing a device isn’t your thing, the OTA should be coming out shortly.
