A company called SnapJet is going is creating a World’s first open source, slim, portable Instant Film printer for smartphone.

SnapJet claims that the printer can achieve the Retina quality prints of smartphone pictures in just few seconds with accurate color reproduction. Also the device doesn’t require any Wifi, Bluetooth or cables. You don’t even require having any special app to printing. Isn’t it great?

According to the company it is compatible with any smartphone present in market include iPhone, Android phones, etc. You can even print from the flip phones. The company claims that “If you can see it, you can print it”

SnapJet is actually a tiny printer/scanner combo. Just set your phone on the scanning surface of the device and the device will do a very quick scan of your screen on instant film present inside the device. Once the film is exposed and ready, it will pop out a slot at the bottom of the printer.



The device is really small and portable, that means you can carry it anywhere you want for convenient printing.
