London: One Direction's star Harry Styles has fuelled bisexual rumours after he was quizzed about what he looks for in a lady.

Styles, 20, and his band mate Liam Payne were answering fan questions during an interview when he made the admission that 'being female isn't that important' in a lover, reported Daily Mirror.

'Four favourite traits you look for in a lady?' the pair were asked by a journalist as they were promoting their new book.

Payne replied, "Female, that's a good trait," but Styles quickly chimed in, "Not that important". Styles said last year in an interview that he's "pretty sure" he is not bisexual.

Styles previously dated Caroline Flack and Taylor Swift.

Kolkata: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, an active supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Clean India campaign, Wednesday batted for constructing special toilets for women and educating children on cleanliness.

"Build that toilet at home, at the village, at the work place... AND build special ones for the WOMEN. Educate the children towards cleanliness... they shall follow what is taught at this age for life...," Bachchan tweeted.

Modi recently lauded the efforts of the actor who wielded the broom and joined the campaign.

The prime minister launched the Clean India Mission on 2 Oct on Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary to promote cleanliness and hygiene in the country.

The 71-year-old screen icon is here to shoot for Shoojit Sircar's upcoming"Piku".

Bachchan, the Unicef Goodwill Ambassador for Polio Eradication, advised people to do what they preach and clean up after themselves rather pass on the job to some one else.

"Swach India! Do what you preach yourself... clean the place with your own hands than leave it for another to do... I DO !!

"Criticism and cynicism shall accompany all good intent... but outcome shuts them up... I did that on many an occasion : Polio eg," he said.

Taking his advocacy a notch further, he stressed equal sanitation opportunities for all.

"For god's sake do not segregate toilets between the boss and the worker... let it be general for all... it will be healthier!!" he tweeted.

Wellington, New Zealand: The drummer for rock band AC/DC has been charged in New Zealand with attempting to procure murder.

Phil Rudd on Thursday made a brief appearance at the Tauranga District Court before being released on bail. The 60-year-old has also been charged with threatening to kill and possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

One of his bail conditions is that he must not have any contact with anyone involved in the alleged plot. Neither Rudd's lawyer nor a publicist for the band could be immediately reached for comment.

Court staff say Rudd is due to make a second appearance 27 November, although that date could change. Rudd and the other members of AC/DC were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
