You read that right. In a recent shooting schedule at the famous Ramoji Film City, the set had a earthquake; well, a planned one for the movie Gopala Gopala. Reportedly, the movie has a few scenes of earthquake and for this reason, the sets were quite shaken up.
Gopala Gopala is a remake of Bollywood movie, Oh My God! (2012). The Telugu remake has our very own vistory Venkatesh essaying the role of a common man (the role of Paresh Rawal in the original). Pawan Kalyan plays the role of Lord Krishna in the movie, a role that was played by Akshay Kumar in the original film. The movie will have Pawan Kalyan in a very modern look as opposed to how most mythological films depict Krishna.
Scheduled for release in Sanskranthi 2015, Gopala Gopala will have Shriya Saran playing the female lead alongside Venkatesh. Directed by Kishore Pardasani (Dolly) and produced by the duo of Suresh Babu and Sharath Marar, the movie is sure to rock the box office just as it rocked the Ramoji studios.
