| Maithriya Gowda, a less known actress, has reportedly levelled rape charges against Karthik Gowda, who is the son of Railways Minister D V Sadananda Gowda and also former CM after he was reportedly engaged to another girl in Kushalanagara of Kodagu district this week. The actress reportedly underwent medical tests too as per law. In her complaint lodged with the Bangalore police, Maithriya informed that Karthik had been dating her since May and they had even tied the knot at his residence in Mangalore. However, it is not clear whether actress has submitted any evidences for substantiating the claim. At the same time Minister Sadananda Gowda and his son reportedly denied the charges calling them "blackmail tactics" |
